this week's meal plan


Wednesday: Homemade corn tortillas and pinto bean tacos.
Thursday: Tom Kha Soup, adapted from this book.
Friday: Crispy chicken wings with ginger soy glaze (from an old bon appetit) and roasted broccoli.
Saturday: Hippie bowls, like these
Sunday: Pizza, with this dough and garlic butter mushrooms
Monday: Carrot Soup with crispy chickpeas, from here.
Tuesday: Kale Coconut bowls, like this
Wednesday: Lasagna by Josh 

Also hoping to make some more slippery elm lozenges (similar to these) and some fire cider

I have been meal planning for a few years now. There are weeks here and there where I skip planning, but for the most part I spend about an hour one morning a week looking through recipes and making a list and calendar. I find it so helpful and it really reduces the stress of trying to throw a meal together last minute or making lots of trips to the store every week. I am hoping to share some our meal plans in this space here.
